Massage therapy helps your body achieve balance and health. Massage therapy offers a natural treatment approach which relieves musculoskeletal pain for many patients. It’s been proven to help with muscle and ligament restriction, adhesions, muscle tension and joint range of motion while promoting deep relaxation.

It’s very important to have your spine checked immediately after an auto accident. Any body part that is jarred or thrown forward unexpectedly can sustain microscopic stretching and tearing of ligaments, and the ones that support the head and neck are particularly vulnerable.
